Find game exe if not found

If someone downloads the modloader and just runs it in their downloads and it doesn't find the game next to it, we want it to look in common places for the game.

If it finds it we want it to prompt if the user wants it to be moved there.

This exact solution might not necessarily be the best, however effectively we just want a new user proof system for simple issues like this.
